Ismail Umar, the head of forestry for Yamaltu/Deba Local Government,confamam say dem don kpai di beast wit di hep of sojas and huntas around 10.30pm wen e come out kon eat grass and dem don even butcharam to take arrange koret soup.
Mr Umar say bifor now,dem don write to di local  govment about di hippopotamus and kon dey wait for govnor apruva to killam.
Mr Umar also yarn say,ova 100 hippopotamus naim dey d bush but dis patikola one no dey respect imsef and e dey kill pipo anyhow.
Adamu Pukuma, di pamanent seketree of di Gombe State Ministry of Environment and Forest Resources yarn say,di state dey commited to protect all di hippopotamus dem life but dat patikola one dizav to die.
